IT Department is looking for a Technical Lead.

Position Summary:

The Technical Lead will be in charge of supervising technical projects. The main task of the role is to have a technical oversight over the transformation projects of the bank. The technical lead will facilitate and supervise the work done by the developers to ensure timely delivery with good quality.

  Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Capable of understanding and converting the business needs into requirements and provide corresponding solutions.
  • Attend meetings with Transformation Team and Business.
  • Plan and supervise the design and implementation work on Middleware.
  • Coordinate with all IT Stakeholders for system readiness.
  • Coordinate with Finacle Core Team for API readiness on Finacle FI.
  • Monitor technical activities.
  • Escalate risk and issues.
  • Responsible for co-ordination, support with vendor team for any queries/issues related to the assigned application.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT preferably in the Banking Sector.
  • Good Knowledge in javascript and/or mobile applications.
  • UNIX and Shell scripting, PL-SQL, Oracle-SQL, and related web application languages.
  • Candidate have knowledge on designing and implementation of REST and SOAP based Web services.
