Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve information from our Document Management System (Zedoc), prepare source data on excel for computer entry
  • Entering data from excel into Bank One Core System. Verifying correct data entry on system
 Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of in 3 main and 2 subsidiary passes at Higher School Certificate level
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Data entry skills like typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems will be an advantage
  • Banking Experience would be an advantage but is not required
  • Knowledge of Finacle Core System or other core Banking system will be an advantage
