Customer access in alphabetical order is no longer applicable as from Monday 03 May 2021.

All ATMs are fully operational across our network.

Services

All Bank One services will be fully available normally as from Monday 03 May 2021.

Bank safely

Customers will be required to wear face masks and exercise social distancing rules when visiting our branches.

We are going through an unprecedented situation, and we are all being impacted in ways we couldn’t have predicted. The Government of Mauritius has announced measures to help support individuals and businesses facing financial hardship due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To benefit from a household loan moratorium, apply online to the Bank One COVID 19 Household Assistance Scheme or email the required documents to your Branch or Relationship Manager directly. We will take the utmost care in evaluating how we can best assist you.
