We wish to bring to your attention the fake pages currently present on Facebook attempting to impersonate Bank One and potentially engaging in deceptive practices.

We wish to make it clear that there is only one legitimate Bank One Facebook Page which can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/bankone.mu. Bank One has not authorized the creation of any other Facebook Page to represent its interests and communicate with its customers or the public at large.

Bank One will only communicate with its customers and the public at large through official channels, including our verified website, official social media accounts, and official direct communication channels such our hotline number on (230) 202 9200 or a verified business email address. We strongly advise our customers and community members to exercise caution when engaging with social media content purporting to be from Bank One. A simple rule applies: if it is not on our official page, it is not from Bank One.

We are actively working to address this issue and take appropriate measures to protect our customers and the integrity of our brand. If you encounter any suspicious activity or come across content that you believe to be fraudulent or misleading, please report it to Facebook and notify Bank One immediately.
