Job Purpose:

We are looking for a data project manager to coordinate all data related projects across the Bank. Your primary focus will be project planning, coordination of tasks with all stakeholders (internal and external), risk identification, alert management. You will be working in close collaboration with the Data and Analytics team(DnA).

 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Information System and what data is stored where.
  • Project Planning, risk management for data related projects.
  • Knowledge of different databases and Data principles.
  • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the DnA team, IT, and all relevant stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
 

Knowledge, Expertise and Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • Post Graduate Degree will be a definite advantage.
  • 10+ years’ in a corporate IT environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with mySQL and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase.
  • Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Keen interest in Data field.
  • Critical thinking.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 

Bonus:

  • Experience in Banking.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with the Microsoft data related stack (Azure Data Lake, ADFS, etc.)
