As from Thursday 25 March 2021, the following branches will be accessible in alphabetical order for basic transactional banking services from 09:30 to 15:00 on Monday to Saturday:

All ATMs are operational. Please note that ATM deposits will not be available as from Wednesday 10 March 2021 until further notice. You are welcome to use other banks’ ATMs closer to you for your cash withdrawals during the lockdown. ATM fees will be refunded for such transactions during this period.

To benefit from a household loan moratorium, apply online to the Bank One COVID 19 Household Assistance Scheme or email the required documents to your Branch or Relationship Manager directly. We will take the utmost care in evaluating how we can best assist you.
