Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to keeping you informed on what we are doing to maintain the services you need, and to limit the risks of exposure.

We are pleased to inform you that we are resuming normal business operations as from Monday 01 June 2020.

Mon – Thurs: 08:45 to 15:45
Fri: 08:45 to 16:00
Sat & Sun: Closed

Alphabetical order

Customer access in alphabetical order is no longer applicable as from Monday 01 June 2020.

ATMs

All ATMs are operational with a daily cash withdrawal limit of Rs 20,000. ATM Deposit Services are available across our network.

Services

All Bank One services are now available normally.

Bank safely

Customers will be required to wear face masks and exercise social distancing rules when visiting our branches.

We also encourage you to go cashless and use your Bank One debit and credit cards or to bank online using Bank One’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. Learn more at www.bankone.mu/digital-banking.

We are going through an unprecedented situation, and we are all being impacted in ways we couldn’t have predicted. The Government of Mauritius has announced measures to help support individuals and businesses facing financial hardship due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To benefit from a household loan moratorium, apply online to the Bank One COVID 19 Household Assistance Scheme or email the required documents to your Branch or Relationship Manager directly. We will take the utmost care in evaluating how we can best assist you.
