Please note that the following Bank One branches are open from 10am to 1pm, Mondays to Fridays, until further notice.

All ATMs will remain operational with a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 10,000. ATM Deposit services will not be available.

If you have questions concerning your budget, investments, cash flow or payroll, your usual Relationship Managers remain within reach by email or phone.

Measures to limit the spread of COVID-19

  • We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures for all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as lifts, workstations, countertops, and doorknobs.
  • We are advising all Bank One employees to follow the health and hygiene guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health and Wellness of Mauritius.
  • Employees showing symptoms of acute respiratory syndrome are requested to stay at home and not come to work until they are free of symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties for at least 24 hours.
  • Business trips are cancelled and employees have been advised to limit personal trips abroad. Those who have to travel are required to inform their Head of Department and the HR department. Upon their return, they are required to work from home for a period of fourteen (14) days.
  • Phone conversations and conference calls are favoured over face-to-face meetings.
  • All employees have received a small “hygiene pack” from the Bank containing a mask, a hand sanitiser and a pair of gloves.
