ONE new digital experience is coming

We are upgrading our systems to enhance your online banking experience and to provide you with a brand new mobile banking application. You will now be able check your balance, make payments, transfer money, manage your cards and much more, safely and securely from your mobile devices.

As part of this upgrade, One Time Password (OTP) will be implemented as an extra level of security and authentication for transactions via Internet Banking and for online purchases with your Bank One cards. Since the OTP will be delivered via SMS, you are kindly requested to validate your contact details online on our Internet Banking platform or through any one of our branches.

While we have taken all precautions to ensure a smooth transition, one necessary short disruption is needed for long-lasting innovation. Our online services will be temporarily disrupted as follows:

  • ATM: Between Saturday 03 November 16:00 to Monday 05 November 04:00
  • Debit & Prepaid Cards: Between Saturday 03 November 16:00 to Monday 05 November 04:00
  • SMS Topup: Between Saturday 03 November 16:00 to Monday 05 November 04:00
  • Internet Banking: Between Thursday 01 November 16:00 to Monday 05 November 04:00
