- Bare land: open for visits at your convenience
Terms and Conditions
- Bids shall be valid for 90 days after the closing date.
- Upon acceptance, full payment (inclusive of applicable taxes) must be made within 90 working days.
- Bids must be submitted on the prescribed Form of Bid, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for Sale of Properties”, and addressed to:
