Bank One, dont le siège social est situé au cœur du quartier des Affaires de notre capitale, Port Louis, a le plaisir d’annoncer que l’entreprise a terminé le réaménagement complet de son vaisseau amiral de la Rue Sir William Newton afin de mieux refléter son évolution ainsi que sa vision et ses ambitions pour l’avenir.
C’est en 1988, que la première succursale a été construite au même endroit avec seulement 4 guichets clients, notamment 3 comptoirs de caisse et un bureau de change.
1994 verra une première rénovation avec quelques modifications aux comptoirs et l’installation du premier guichet automatique bancaire. L’expansion de ses services et une demande grandissante ainsi que le succès de la banque exigeront très rapidement une nouvelle vision pour satisfaire la clientèle dans un espace plus convivial afin de permettre aux employés d’offrir un service personnalisé.
Suivra un nouveau concept avec, à la clé, une nouvelle identité visuelle et une refonte de tous les postes pour les rendre plus chaleureux – toujours avec le confort du client en point de mire et une technologie de pointe pour faciliter la modernisation des services. La mission de conception, de suivi de la procédure d’autorisation et des travaux a été confiée à New Capricorn Services Ltd.
Le réaménagement de la succursale de la rue Sir William Newton en 2016 avait pour but de créer une branche ouverte et lumineuse ouvrant sur la grande avenue et privilégiant au maximum la lumière naturelle. Le design est résolument moderne avec des matériaux écologiques offrant un confort coloré et vivace dans un espace d’un blanc immaculé. Bank One voulait offrir une valeur ajoutée à ses clients et améliorer leur expérience bancaire.
En termes d’innovation peu de gens savent que Bank One fait partie des pionniers du secteur bancaire car elle est la première banque à Maurice à utiliser la technologie de la carte à puce sur toutes ses cartes de paiements depuis 2009, à lancer les cartes prépayées à Maurice et à offrir un produit destiné exclusivement aux femmes afin de promouvoir leur autonomie financière. Elle compte poursuivre dans ce même élan avec l’introduction de plusieurs autres innovations dans les mois et années à venir.
Pour ce qui est des services bancaires eux-mêmes, la succursale Bank One de Sir William Newton propose toute une gamme de produits et de services comme suit :-
La santé financière de Bank One, est excellente avec un niveau de profits très satisfaisant. Le dernier bilan de la banque fait état d’un profit de Rs. 239m pour la période se terminant au 30 Septembre 2016. Cette performance démontre une progression accrue de ses opérations locales. Sa performance à l’international a connu une croissance encore plus importante.
