No Counter Withdrawal Fee

In line with our strategy of paperless banking, Bank One had introduced a fee of Rs 50 from the 15th of May onwards on all cash withdrawals of less than Rs 20,000 done over the counter in order to promote digital adoption of ATMs
However, as always we have listened to the voice of our customers and we have decided to put this measure on hold effective immediately. Over the counter cash withdrawals will remain free until further notice.

Bank One reassures its customers of its unflinching commitment towards their best interests. Our aim is to improve the service quality and turnaround time for our customers by encouraging the use of ATMs for smaller cash withdrawals. We wish to remind our customers that Bank One Debit Cards are free of cost and allow them to withdraw cash 24/7 at any Bank One ATM up to a limit of Rs 20,000 daily.

We also wish to bring to the attention of our valued customers that they can at any time apply for a Bank One Credit Card and enjoy monthly cashback of up to 1% and zero Annual fee based on spend.

We thank our customers for their trust and continued support.
