Scheduled Maintenance Notice for POP Services

We wish to inform our customers and the public at large that due to planned maintenance, POP services will be temporarily unavailable during the following periods:

 

Intervention 1:

Wednesday 4th December from 11:30 p.m. to Thursday 5th December 2:00 a.m.
Expected downtime: 2.5 hours

 

Intervention 2:

Monday 9th December from 11:30 p.m. to Tuesday 10th December 2:00 a.m.
Expected downtime: 2.5 hours

 

Please note that all other Bank One digital services will remain operational during these scheduled maintenance windows.
