Vacancy: Quality Assurance Checker – (Supervisor)

Job Purpose:

  • Assist Quality Assurance Manager and manage overall operations in respect of Bank's policies related to input and monitoring of request submitted by Direct Sales Agent
  • Manage the sales process through prompt and efficient delivery
  • Do follow up with other departments
  • Provide on the job training and coaching to juniors and manage the in the team in the absence of Quality Assurance Manager
  • Preparing the legal contract & Ensuring that Direct Sales Agents open the account

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that:

  • All proposal submitted by Sales team are in order
  • Report for any back log to Quality Assurance Manager
  • Prepare and analyse reports for submission to Quality Assurance Manager
  • Flaws identified by Compliance Division are rectified in reasonable delay and measures are taken to avoid repetition of the discrepancies.
  • All staff are fully trained on products, process and procedures and are equipped to deliver expected results.
  • Complaints / recommendations from customers are be addressed professionally and in respect of Complaints Handling Procedures

Technical & Behavioural Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Central Bank’s guidelines and other relevant local
  • Sound Knowledge and understanding of banking products and lending processes
  • Good analytical skills and Risk Management techniques
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literal with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good interpersonal and communication (oral/written) both in French and English medium
  • Have good time management skills
  • Excellent team spirit
  • Proactive, dynamic and solution provider

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum HSC (However a degree in Banking / Finance / Accounting will be an advantage
  • 4 years’ experience or more in Retail Banking / Operations
