Job Purpose:

IT support are the front lines contact for users. Installations and configurations of computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone, in person or via remote control tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EOD and BOD operations.
  • Handle querry from users and provide support on all applications.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Extractions of reports for users.
  • Resolving internal staff queries related to IT(Hardware and Software)
  • Assisting IT and other staff for internal issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Basic programming skill.
  • Degree in IT related fields
  • 1 year in providing IT support in the financial sector would be an advantage
  • Work experience in the financial sector, preferable in a bank will be an advantage.
