The main purpose of this position is to achieve monthly targets for sales of Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Other Retail Products. The candidate should ensure that the sale quality is inline with the values of the bank. He/she must liaise and build networks for bulk sales to achieve the targets and ensure Customer financing needs are met effectively with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Bank One policies are followed when sourcing credit cards, personal loans and other retail products.
  • Ensure flaws are avoided and errors are rectified
  • Ensure procedures are followed
  • Ensure that Customer satisfaction levels are high & such that customer referrals are generated given good services
  • Keep abreast with latest changes within banking policies and regulations Self-development through trainings
  • Develop inquisitive and innovative mindset to identify areas, which can be improved & enhanced.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Basic financial understanding of the lending products
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full HSC (3 Main and 2 Sub)
