Direct Sales Agent


Job Summary:
  • Achieve monthly targets for sales of Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Other Retail Products.
  • Ensure that the sale quality is in line with the values of the bank.
  • Liaison and build networks for bulk sales to achieve the targets.
  • Ensure Customer financing needs are met effectively with high levels of customer satisfaction Represent the bank in highest of professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that Bank One policies are followed when sourcing credit cards, personal loans and other retail products.
  • Ensure flaws are avoided and errors are rectified
  • Ensure procedures are followed.
  • Ensure that Customer satisfaction levels are high & such that customer referrals are generated given good services
Marketing and selling skills:
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Basic financial understanding of the lending products
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications & Experience:
  • HSC (3 mains and 2 subsidiaries) or equivalent acceptable qualifications.
  • Previous banking experience would be an advantage.
