Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree or similar, MSC/MBA desirable in Business administration or in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales animation in Retail Banking or Insurance sector.

  •  Experience in deploying and integrating Digital Channels in a sales organization.

  • Strong experience in management of a support team.

  • Experience in implementation of solutions based on Data analysis (BI, Data mining, DMP…) and in project management.

Job Purpose:

Be responsible for the acquisition, development and the integration and active management of the Digital Channels not limited to internet and Mobile Banking, Mobile Financial Services Website, and Social Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with cross functional departments create and implement Alternative Channels strategies for all customer segments.

  • Manage the channels and maximising performance as well as profitability.

  • Ensure the complementarity between Alternative Channels and Retail Banking Network by promoting and implementing cross channels approach.

  • Develop strategy for driving and managing cross-sell of all retail products and services through the Alternative Channels.

    • Optimise the current Network performance by developing revenue generating Alternative Sales Channels, maintaining and enhancing the organisation’s competitive footprint across the region while monitoring performance and usage.

  • Responsible for continuous and regular tracking and reporting of Alternate Sales Channel effectiveness and marketing programs.

  • Recommend pricing, promotions, and sales targets and programs to maximise revenue.

  • In close collaboration with the Marketing department, animates the Retail Banking

domain of the Web Site and Facebook pages (or any other social network used by the

Bank).

    • Participate actively with IT and Marketing department to the transformation of Internet and Mobile Banking as a real distribution and sales channel. Ensures the commercial exploitation of these channels by developing cross-selling, integration of new products and services and exploiting Customer data.

    • Exploit the capacities of SMS and email channels, deploy mobile financial services and ensure good integration with the other channels.

Technical Skills:

  • Mastering Digital Channels and their potential.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills including fluent English and French.

  • Team leading.

  • MS office tools.
